TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING THE COMPETITION

Open to UK residents age 16 or over only.

No purchase necessary.

Closing date for entries is July 30th.

One entry per person.

There are ten prizes of a pair of tickets (to any show from THE HEIGHTS excluding festivals appearances), signed album copies, signed T-shirt and screensavers.

The main prize will include the aforementioned prizes and also 'hanging out' with THE HEIGHTS for one day (the day to be approved by the band, and subject to their schedule) in the UK mainland (excluding Ireland and N. Ireland).

The main prize must be taken between 1/8/07 and 28/9/07.

Winner and guest must comply with all UK immigration requirements.

Winners will be drawn from all valid entries on 31/7/07 and notified within 10 days who has returned the highest number of points and won the competition.

The main prizewinners and their guests will need to confirm they are over 16 before taking up the prize.

Prize is as stated and no alternative is available.

Competition entrants agree to their email address being added to the Best Before Records mailing list and to receiving communication regarding Best Before Records bands and sponsored events via email.
